The work sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and AI transitions. The throughline: clients arrive at moments where the standard playbook has run out, and the next decision matters too much to default to the comfortable framing.

Before Aieutics , I spent multiple years across Consulting, Analytics and Technology at Agency.com, frog, Microsoft, Publicis & WPP… working for clients like P&G, Unilever, Google and more recently Lego, Burberry or L’Oreal.
The framework came out of the work, not before it. CPL is the codification of what I was already seeing when the language for it did not yet exist.
I am a systems thinker by cognitive shape, not by reading list. The framework is what fell out of needing to make decisions about it.
