NeuroKintsugi:
Helping
divergent minds and souls
thrive
Neurodiverent people often believe they are broken. In professional settings: hightened sensitivity to stress, the need to conform, doubt and lack of confidence, burnout, imposter syndrome of self/late diagnosis, or masking fatigue can lead to breaking points. These aren't flaws to hide but seams of strength waiting to shine .
In Japanese tradition, broken pottery is repaired with gold, transforming cracks into luminous beauty—kintsugi, the art of golden repair.
NeuroKintsugi coaching doesn't aim to fix you or mask who you are - instead we want to illuminate. We help you trace your authentic profile with gold, celebrating the very differences that make your personal and professional story rare and precious.
Your breaks are not your breaking; they are your becoming…
“Hello, I'm Alex.
For over two decades, I've been a strategic leader organisations turn to when they need to drive digital transformation and deliver measurable commercial results. I've built high-performance teams, managed multi-million pound client portfolios, and partnered with C-suite executives at brands like Dove, Google, Microsoft, P&G, L'Oreal, Lego…
But at 50, during my menopause transition, I discovered something that reframed my entire professional story: I am neurodivergent. Suddenly, decades of feeling like "something was off" in the way I processed the world around me made sense. What I had spent years trying to smooth over or (sometimes) apologise for were gifts when used properly, I had spent years operating in systems not designed for minds like mine.
This discovery didn't diminish my professional achievements; it illuminated why I'd been so effective at seeing innovative solutions others missed, building diverse teams, and creating environments where different thinking styles could thrive. Now I bring this dual perspective—a diverse angle to leadership as well as neurodivergent professional - to my coaching practice.
Someone I value immensely once said something that changed everything:
"You feel like you are being too much, because nobody was ever able to hold the whole of you.
I can."
For the first time, someone saw all of me—the intensity, the depth, the complexity—and didn't flinch. This is what I aspire to offer my clients: a space where being "too much" is exactly enough.
I have been coaching individuals - in various types of settings (1:1, in teams, in-person and remotely) - to help them uncover their unique strengths, align with their core values, and achieve meaningful growth.
What drives me most is helping women, queer, and neurodivergent professionals realise their power — because I understand both the boardroom dynamics and the internal landscape of feeling different in professional spaces. By creating safe, non-judgmental environments, I empower clients to transform their perceived "breaks" into golden seams of strength.
Whether you're navigating transitions, refining your leadership skills, or learning to lead authentically as your neurodivergent self, my approach combines strategic business acumen with deep understanding of what it means to discover your true wiring later in life.
Because sometimes the very traits that made you feel broken are the ones that make you brilliant.”
What my coachees say:
“From day 1 of meeting Alex I felt completely at ease. She has a strong and empowering personality, Alex is great at setting clear boundaries and expectations from the get go agreeing on communication styles that worked for the both of us. She exceptional at making you feel seen and understood in a way I haven't previously experienced.
Alex creates a safe space, that feels accepting, open, and judgement free. Throughout the time i shared with Alex, she encouraged me to really think about why I do the things I do, helping me build healthier coping mechanisms that actually made sense to my ADHD and Dyslexic brain. Her guidance has played a massive part in building my confidence, helping me feel worthy, capable, and way less of an imposter.
I felt a genuine connection with Alex. Hearing her experiences helped me reflect on my own in a deeper way. She validated my feelings and helped me to recognise what was happening in moments where is was dysregulated, supporting me in understanding why I crash with exhaustion.
Working with Alex was empowering, and has given me the courage to progress in my career. I have a much clearer understanding of Neurodiversity how this displays in me and others and how to manage it. Alex has helped me to slowly drop my masks and start to rebuild within.”
